We’re committed to supporting our new Dreamers throughout the induction period and beyond. Our onboarding process is tailored to each business area and includes a comprehensive guide for every new starter, specific to their role. Your first 12 weeks will consist of: experience days, visits to all business areas; a personalised guide to set you up for success from day one, access to Beducation, our online E-learning platform and you will meet the Exec at one of our Breakfast meetings.
