Our head office in High Wycombe is home to over 250 colleagues who keep our business running.

  • Commercial – This busy lot include our Buying, Merchandising, Ecommerce and Supply Chain teams.
  • Technology – From IT security to our busy Service Desk, the Technology Team keep our systems on track.
  • People – Our brilliant People Team manage everything from recruitment to payroll learning and development.
  • Finance – It’s more than just pounds – our Finance Team cover Insights, Legal and, of course, balancing our books.
  • Marketing – Whether it’s media, content or our in-house Studio, this team keep our marketing channels buzzing.
  • Customer – Our brilliant Customer Services team stay super busy, alongside our Central Operations and Retail teams.
