Our Delivery Drivers are more than drivers; they're ambassadors for the Dreams experience. If you're happiest behind the wheel and enjoy putting a smile on people's faces, you'll feel right at home in our delivery team. As the final touchpoint in the customer journey, you'll help make moving towards a better night's sleep an exciting and memorable experience.

How you’ll help the nation sleep better

Drive a 3.5-tonne van with your delivery assistant.

Deliver, lift and assemble mattresses, bed frames, sofa beds and bedroom furniture.

Work from pre-loaded vehicles to keep the day moving smoothly.

Give every customer a warm, helpful and professional experience.

The Person

The dream qualities

We’re dreaming of someone who’s:

Friendly, patient and passionate about great service.

A full UK driving licence with fewer than six points, and confidence driving 3.5T vehicles.

Happy with a physical role involving lifting, carrying and assembly.

Flexible and reliable, including availability on alternate Saturdays.
