- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that all opportunities are taken.
- Omnichannel: Engage with customers via the phone, web chat and email where necessary.
- Be authentic: With all our customers, ensure that your passion for our products comes through in your interactions with potential leads.
- Understand our Customer Needs: Engage in active listening and empathetic questioning to genuinely grasp and address customer needs, laying the groundwork for personalised product or service recommendations.
- Present Our Products or Services: Communicate product or service features and benefits clearly and concisely, creating a compelling narrative that resonates with customers and highlights why a Dreams` bed is a must!
- Address Objections and Close Deals: Confidently handle customer objections transparently, building trust and guiding customers towards positive decisions that lead to successful sales
- Achieve Sales Targets: Adopt a results-driven mindset, setting and exceeding challenging sales targets through a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Attention to detail: Ensure all details are captured accurately in our order management systems.
The Person
Experience: You will have an engaging and positive personality, plus a natural ability to bond and build rapport with customers.
Communication: Using your excellent communication skills, you`ll be able to establish great relationships with customers and with your colleagues.
Motivated: Whilst no previous sales experience is necessary, you will need to have the determination and motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets.
Team player: Every dreamer plays a role in making Dreams an enjoyable place to work, where every colleague feels included and respected.
Willing to learn: A great night`s sleep is personal, so a natural curiosity and willingness to learn will make you an excellent Bed Expert.
